You know, I've grown up in Texas - I was born here - and I ask ppl that same question all day! WHY!?! lol

Good question!. also-- why in the heck do they put so much sugar in everything and why must every be boiled!? At least the fat and sugar add flavor, albeit dangerously, but the boiling ROBS flavor and nutrients!.
