YES! It can be done, place the pasta in a casserole with plenty of water, bring to a boil by nuking it!. Eventually it will cook through if left in there long enough!. It is also posible to make no-boil lasagna!.
Toaster ovens are capable of cooking anything a regular oven can, but in smaller amounts!. Microwave ovens are also very versatile, but have some limitations!. They do not brown, and foods need their moisture content adjusted!.
Look up recipes online or go out and look for cookbooks!. Appliance cooking was popular in the early-mid 80's!. It is not as popular now!. Try checking your local library, good will, salvation army, used book store, or other resale/thrift shop for microwave cookbooks!. I'm a cook book collector and normally see abundant quantities of these books when hunting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Instead of the nuker, get you a small camping cook stove that runs off of a small propane bottle!. It will also come in handy if you live in a hurricane prone area, or have frequent power outages! Added bonus is that you can brew coffee in the morning, just get an old style coffee pot! An outside grill is also the best thing ever!. Go propane, no messing with charcoal and you can adjust the heat instantly!Www@FoodAQ@Com
I have never done this before but I imagine that you could cook the pasta in the microwave with a lot of water!. You would just need to make sure that at some point the water gets to boiling hot and then continue to keep it hot enough to cook the noddles until they are to your liking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Get a large micro bowl and boil the water, then add the pasta and stir!. Cover and cook on high for about 45 seconds and stir again!. Do this until done!. (My son can make a mean homemade pizza in his toaster oven!)Www@FoodAQ@Com
