Answers:
I do this all the time!. I've tried to bake the spaghetti in the sauce without precooking it first, but my whole family agrees it is MUCH tastier if it is boiled first!. You don't need to add the cottage cheese, but I like the texture it gives!. And the calcium and protein!.

INGREDIENTS

* 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
* 1 (26 ounce) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
* 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 5 tablespoons butter, melted
* 1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
* 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS

1!. Cook spaghetti according to package directions!. and drain it pretty well !. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and seasoned salt; set aside!.
!.
2!. Place half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased 13-in!. x 9-in!. x 2-in!. baking dish!. Top with half of the cottage cheese, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese!. Repeat layers!. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes!. Uncover; bake 20-25 minutes longer or until cheese is melted!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

boil your spaghetti, (mostacholi would work better) add in the ragu or what ever sause you use!. mix in mozeralla cheese, add a touch of parmesean or romano for extra flavor, add more ragu until it at the desired moistness, top with a mixture of mozeralla, parm, or romano, bake until brown and crispy!.

Serve with toasty garlic bread and some nice red wine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
