Scissors, cut quickly, snip snip snip, sharp and quick, like you're trying to hurt it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I like to put mine under a hot pan lid (like while I'm heating up the soup on the stove I steal the lid for a few minutes lol) or I'll set it on top of the pan lid for about 3 minutes to let it soften!. Then it's alot easier to open/cut, but as soon as it cools it gets crumbly again!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Duct tape!. Works perfectly though it does make the bread chewy!. Otherwise use a sharp serrated edged knife!. Possibly one made by Ginsu or sold by Ron Popiel and his Ronco slice-o-matic knife, which I might add comes with a can of instant hair if per chance you could use some of that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
could be old bread ,
if so then brush with olive oil wrap in moistened kitchen towel and micro for 15-30 sec's leave wrapped (rest) then slice or cut ! this will moisten the bread to a more workable piece!. (add some basil/or mint (very fine mince ) with the oil !.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
