Question: I'm baking a cake for Sunday 5/4/08, today is Friday!. Is it too early to bake!? How do I store it!?
The kind of cake I'm baking is just a store bought Duncan Hines brand!. One chocolate, one white!. I'm frosting tomorrow, but want to bake today if I can get it out of the way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It should be fine, unless it's extremely hot and humid where you live!. Tupperware or Rubbermade cake savers are best, but you can wrap in plastic wrap or a large plastic bag (obviously unfrosted:) !.!.!.!.!.!.If it seems like it's getting too moist in all that wrapping, stick a small piece of bread in there to absorb some of the moistureWww@FoodAQ@Com

yes you can bake it is long as you frost it tomorrow and store it in the fridge then get it out early Sunday and let it set at room temperature hope everybody likes it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well, i would have everything ready, but bake it that morning or the night before!. store it in the fridge!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
