there are many methods!.!.!.!.!.to avoid all risk of any weird bacteria, it is recommended to cook steak to at leas a rare doneness (140 degrees F internal temp) well done will be a 160 degree F internal!. so keep cooking until you hit 140, then add about 5-10 degrees for each futher category of doneness!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
