How do u make onion rings with out the milk and eggs can u just use reg. milk?!

Actually, the milk & eggs is the original recipe!.!.!.what like 1930ish!. Anyhoo it is not the " Only" thing you can do to this recipe I make rice and !.!.back in the old days my parents always made it with water!. I have branched off of that to include any kind of juice I want instead of water!. It add a whole new dimension of flavor to it!.
Point is you can do the same thing here, it don't have to remain only an Egg & Milk batter!. You could add a thickening agent to a soup of your choosing and use that as your batter and drop into the deep fryer!.
You could add other spices to this batter just like we do to the flour when we use the traditional milk & egg!. You'd add maybe Oregano & garlic to the flour so same here you can add spices of your choosing to this batter!.!.!.

Use a beer or club soda batter, made thinly for dredge, go back into seasoned flour (with your fav spices), twice--Then go for it!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
