Triple Cheese Baked Spaghetti


6 ounces dry spaghetti pasta
3/4 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
1/2 cup (2 ounces) finely grated Romano cheese
2 cups (16 ounce jar) prepared spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon dry basil
2 teaspoons dry oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 ounce part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded


Cook pasta according to package directions!. Drain completely!. Preheat oven to 350 °F!. In a large bowl, combine ricotta and Romano cheeses, 1-cup spaghetti sauce, basil, oregano, and pepper!. Set aside remaining 1 cup spaghetti sauce!. Mix cooked pasta with cheese mixture, stirring until pasta is distributed!. Place in a casserole dish coated with vegetable oil cooking spray!.


Top pasta and cheese mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese!. Cover with lid or foil and bake 20 minutes!. Remove cover; continue baking until cheese bubbles!. Remove from oven and let stand for three minutes!. Cut into four large or six smaller servings!. Top each portion with remaining spaghetti sauce before serving

CRUNCHY ONION CHICKEN

1 1/3 cups French’s Original French Fried Onions
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 egg, beaten

LIGHTLY CRUSH:

Onions in a plastic bag!.

DIP:
Chicken in egg

COVER:
With onion crumbs, press firmly to adhere to chicken!.

BAKE:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees!.
Place chicken on lightly greased baking pan!.
Sprinkle with additional onion crumbs, if desired!.
Bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center

Inside Out Brownies

A chocolate lover's delight, these tasty treats are topped with melted chocolate and have a rich outer brownie layer that hides a Hershey's? kiss inside!.

Ingredients

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk -- (1 can)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts -- optional
1 teaspoon vanilla
32 each Hershey's? chocolate kisses -- unwrapped

Chocolate Topping
2 oz semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Heat oven to 350°

In a large bowl, toss together flour and nuts and set aside!.

In medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and butter stirring over very low heat until chips are melted and smooth!. (Mixture will be stiff!.) Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla to chocolate mixture and mix well!. Add chocolate mixture to flour and mix well!. Shape 1 tablespoon of dough around each candy kiss, covering it completely!. Shape into a ball and place 1 inch apart on un-greased cookie sheet!.

Bake at 350° for 6 to 8 minutes!. DO NOT OVERBAKE!. Cookies will be soft and appear shiny but will become firm as they cool!. Remove from cookie sheets!. Cool 15 minutes or until completely cooled!.

For chocolate topping:

Melt 2 oz of chocolate chips in a small saucepan with 1-teaspoon vegetable oil and stir until smooth!. Dip just the top of the treat in the melted chocolate and set on rack to cool and firm chocolate!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pie: Bacon & Egg!.

2 Sheets of ready rolled puff pastry!.
8 Eggs!.
4 Slices of bacon!.
1 Onion!.
1-2 Tomatoes!.
? Cup peas!.
? Cup of grated tasty cheese!.
Preheat oven to 180oC!.
Line a baking dish with one sheet of pastry!.
Layer the ingredients!.
First the onion and bacon on the bottom, then sprinkle peas, lay the sliced tomatoes!. Crack the eggs into the pie one at a time (do not beat beforehand)!.
And sprinkle with grated cheese!.
Cover with second sheet of pastry!.
Brush with milk and spike some holes in the pastry top!.
Bake in a moderate oven for 40 minutes!.
Chips!. (fries)

Chicken Rice Pilaf > >

I stire fry my chicken pieces after I have boiled the chicken ( healthier)!. I add to the mix garlic, red pepper (powder) and fresh mushrooms!.

I can of condensed Cream Of Mushroom soup ( low sodium), add the chicken mix to it, and more mushrooms ( since I have a whole pack)!. Taste for garlic, and add a reasonable amount of Oregano!.

cook rice on a 1:1 mix, and use orange juice with the juice of 1 lime in it rather than water!. Spoon soup mix over rice on the plate and have a salad on the side!.

( or you could mix rice and soup mixture in casserole and bake until cheese on top melts)Www@FoodAQ@Com
