How can I get myself to eat veggies more often?!

Question: How can I get myself to eat veggies more often!?
I really hate veggies - and no I'm not 10! I'm 21 and I only have about 1 serving a day at supper!. I do eat a lot of fruit, though!.

How can I prepare veggies (any recipes) or get myself in the habit of eating them more often!?

Last year I ended up working myself up to 4 servings, but that made me nauseated from them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Take a good vitamin-mineral to supplement the lack of veggies!. Check out the "One A Day" brand!. Be sure to eat a little something before taking any vitamin-minerals!. They may make you feel a little bad if taken on an empty stomach!.

Find one or two veggies that you like and eat them once per day!.

Eat tossed salads or coleslaw if you like them!.

Or drink 6 oz of V-8 Juice per day as a snack!.

Or drink 6 oz of Fusion each day for a snack!.

Remember the two B's and the two C's for healthy eating if you like them:

Broccoli,
Brussels sprouts,
Cauliflower,
Cabbage!.
The first three are good heated with melted cheese poured over them!.
