There's a slight risk of salmonella, but, my guess is, you'll be fine!. If you're like me and you'd rather eat the batter than the baked good, you can make sure you don't get sick by making your batter with pasteurized eggs or egg substitute!.

What you have to worry about is Samonella!. It is not deadly in the US as long as you go to the doctor, but it is very unpleasant!. I got it once in Central America, it really sucked!. I lost 10 pounds in little more than a day!
But I bake all the time, and I always lick the spoon! I have never gotten sick while here in the US, but even if I did, it is only temporary and you won't die!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Anytime you eat raw unpasteurized eggs you are at risk of getting salmonella (the same disease you can get from eating raw or undercooked chicken or turkey) but that said it's pretty rare to get it from eggs so don't freak out just be more careful next time! Enjoy your brownies!.!.!.and your sleepover!Www@FoodAQ@Com
The chances are slim but it is not recommended that batter be eaten!. Having said that, if batter killed most of us would not be here!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
depends on the source of the eggs!. Eggs from chickens who are kept in healthy conditions don't carry the same risk for salmonella!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You'll probably OK if you didn't eat any more than 96 oz!. (6#)Www@FoodAQ@Com
