Question: I making rice pudding!.!.!.!?
and the recipe says to add 111/ 250 C of flour
i know C means cups but how much is 111/250!?!?

111 x 2 = 222 < 250: so a little less than 1/2 cup--I wouldn't worry about the difference--anything close--just a thickening agent!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have never heard of adding flour to rice pudding, I would look for another recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
