A tasty little Pasta recipe thus!.!.!.

You will need:

Chillies
Turmeric
Ginger
1 Lemon
1 lime
creme fraiche
2 chicken breasts
1 large red onion
fresh tarragon
chicken stock cubes
Penne Pasta or your choice

2 teaspoons of Turmeric, mix in a small dish with a 2" square piece of ginger (minced) and a chopped fresh chili!. Mix until combined!.

Pan fry the chicken having cut it in strips (add a touch of salt & freshly ground black pepper)
To this add the red onion which you will have chopped into strips
lightly cook for 2 minutes over a medium heat!.
Add your Tumeric mix and stir until chicken pieces are yellow colour, keep mixing or the mixture will burn!.

Add 2 chicken stock cubes to half a pint of boiling water!. Add to your pan of chicken etc!. Simmer for 15 minutes!. Boil the water for your pasta in the meantime!.
Drop in your pasta!.
Your sauce should reduce but enough to well coat your pasta!.
Squeeze the juice of the lime and lemon (mind the pips!) into your pan!.
When your pasta is about to be ready, add 100-120g of the Creme Fraiche into the pan and fold through the sauce slowly still at simmering heat!.
Sprinkle through 20 or so fresh Tarrogan leaves after you've mixed the pasta to your sauce- really fresh, tasty and addictive!
