Quick and Easy Clam Chowder

1 (10!.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (10!.75 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup
1 (10!.75 ounce) can New England clam chowder
2 (6!.5 ounce) cans minced clams
1 quart half-and-half cream
1 pint heavy whipping cream

Mix cream of celery soup, cream of potato soup, clam chowder, 1 can undrained clams, 1 can drained clams, half-and-half cream, and whipping cream into a slow cooker!.
Cover, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours!.


Best Italian Sausage Soup

1 1/2 pounds sweet Italian sausage
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 small onions, chopped
2 (16 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes
1 1/4 cups dry red wine
5 cups beef broth
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 zucchini, sliced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 (16 ounce) package spinach fettuccine pasta
salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot, cook sausage over medium heat until brown!. Remove with a slotted spoon, and drain on paper towels!. Drain fat from pan, reserving 3 tablespoons!.

Cook garlic and onion in reserved fat for 2 to 3 minutes!. Stir in tomatoes, wine, broth, basil, and oregano!. Transfer to a slow cooker, and stir in sausage, zucchini, bell pepper, and parsley!.

Cover, and cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours!.

Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil!. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente, about 7 minutes!. Drain water, and add pasta to the slow cooker!. Simmer for a few minutes, and season with salt and pepper before serving!.


Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

1 pound cubed beef stew meat
1 (10!.75 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup water
4 ounces cream cheese

In a slow cooker, combine the meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce and water!.
Cook on Low setting for 8 hours, or on High setting for about 5 hours!. Stir in cream cheese just before serving!.


Chocolate Hazelnut Mocha Cappuccino Pie

1 (3!.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk
2 tablespoons instant mocha cappuccino mix
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts

Prepare pudding according to package directions using the milk and coffee mix!. Fold in 1/2 cup whipped topping to pudding, then spread mixture into pie crust!. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 cup hazelnuts over top of pie!. Cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours!.

Spread remaining 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping on pie, then sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and hazelnuts on top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

8 oz macaroni noodles, cooked in salted water!.
1/2 c!. butter
3 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c whole milk (I used 2%, it came out fine)
2 eggs

Grease cp lightly w/spray on oil!. Cook noodles in salted water, add to cp!. Add butter and cheese, mix!. Add milk, evaporated milk, and beaten eggs!. Season w/salt and pepper!. Cover and DO NOT LIFT LID! Cook for 3 hrs on low!.

? Crockpot Beef With Mushrooms And Red Wine Gravy ?


1 1/2 lbs well-trimmed beef stew meat, cut into one inch pieces
2 medium onions cut into half inch wedges (I used one large onion)
1 pkg sliced fresh mushrooms (8oz)
1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
3 tbs cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups dry red wine (don't know if it's dry, but I used what I had on hand and it was red zin)

Place beef, onions and mushrooms in a 4qt or larger crockpot!. Add dry soup mix!. Sprinkle with cornstarch and salt and pepper!. Pour wine over all!. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 5-6 hours!. Stir well before serving!.

6 servings at 5 points each!.

? Crockpot ravioli casserole ?

1!.5 lbs lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 28 oz can peeled tomatoes, in thick tomato puree
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb bow-tie pasta or fettucine, freshly cooked
1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed to remove excess moisture
2 cups ricotta cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, onion and garlic, stirring often to break up lumps, until the meat loses its pink color, about 5 minutes!. Tilt the pan to drain off excess fat, then transfer the beef mixture to a 3!.5-qt slow cooker!.

Add the tomatoes with their puree, the tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and pepper, stirring to break up the tomatoes with the side of a spoon!. Cover and slow cook for 7 to 8 hours on low!.

Skim the fat from the surface of the meat sauce!. Stir in the cooked pasta, spinach, and ricotta and Parmesan cheeses, and slow cook for 5 more minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
