Yes, I can see from the myriad of questions that you ask each day, that you're trying to learn!. You might want to spend half of the time that you spend on the computer, actually IN the kitchen cooking!.!.!.!.!.!. Over 40 years of cooking (as a mom & grandmother); plus 30+ years of dessert catering; plus catering my own parties (including dinner) for 400-700 people, and having recipes in 3 or 4 cookbooks (including several Bon Appetit), probably qualifies me as trained, although I don't have any formal training!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have taken some cooking classes but I have never gone to culinary school !.!.!.!.!.!. I think any great cook or chef is always learning !.!.!.!.!.!. = )Www@FoodAQ@Com
