Question: My website needs recipes!!?
Im making a website with a cafe type theme to it!. It will have loads of pics of desserts and such!. So since there are going to be so many temptations , I'd thought I'd add some tasty dessert recipes!.

So if anyone wants to can you please give me recipes for desserts that you created or was from your family, or a very popular recipe!. If you do, you can leave a name so I can add a special thanks to you on the site!. Please be desciptive with the recipe!.

FROZEN PEANUT BUTTER PIE-no bake

Ingredients
7 cups 1-inch cubes Angel Food cake
--Jif Filling
1 package (6 serving size) instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling mix
2 1/2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup Reduced Fat Jif Peanut Spread

--Chocolate Filling

1 package (6 serving size) instant chocolate flavor pudding and pie mix

2 1/2 cups skim milk

--Garnish, if desired

Frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed, strawberry halves or cherries



Directions

Place cake cubes in large bowls!.

For Jif filling, combine vanilla pudding mix, skim milk and Jif in blender!.

Process until well blended!. Pour over cake cubes!.

Gently fold together until cake is well coated!.

For chocolate filling, combine chocolate pudding mix and milk in a bowl!. Beat at low speed 2 minutes until well blended!.

To assemble, alternate layers of Jif cake cubes mixture and chocolate in 8 to 10 goblets!.

Cover with plastic wrap!.

Refrigerate at least three hours or overnight!.

To serve, garnish with whipped topping and fruit, if desired!.

Cake : Almond Banana!.
450g Ripe Bananas, mashed!.
50g Almonds, chopped!.
50ml Oil!.
50ml Unsweetened Natural Yoghurt!.
100g Sultanas/Raisins!.
3/4C Oat Bran!.
3/4C Wholemeal Flour!.
1/2C White Flour!.
1 +?t Baking Powder!.
1/2t Almond Essence!.
?-1/2C Reduced Fat Milk!.
(I)
Mix first 4 ingredients together
(II)
Place sultanas/raisins, oat bran and wholemeal flour in a bowl, then sift in white flour and baking powder!.
(III)
Add the dry mix to the wet!. Add almond essence and mix well!. Add enough milk to form a smooth cake batter!.

2 box of no cook puddling large (chocalate) follow directions
1 large container of whip cream

mix up pudding and set aside!.!. place oreo in a freezer bag and break into small peices with a glass
once pudding is thickened add it to cool whip mix well !.!.

Fudge Brownie Recipe!.

YOU WILL NEED:
1 Unsweetened Chocolate Bar
1 Block of Margerine
5ml of Vanilla
180ml of Sifted Flour
1 Egg
250ml of Sugar!.

Pre-heat the oven to 350 and grease a small brownie tin with butter or oil!.

Place a medium sized pot on 7 on the oven top!.
Snap the chocolate bar into little peices and place it in the pot with the margerine!. Stir until melted
(dont worry, you dont need the double boiler!. The butter is in the pot too so the chocolate wont burn)

Take the pot off the element and let it sit for a minute!. Pour the sugar in and stir it!.
By adding the sugar before the egg and vanilla you will prevent the vanilla from evapurating and the egg wouldnt cook because the sugar cools the mix down!.

Add the egg & Vanilla, stir in!.

Sift the 180ml of flour onto a paper towel or clean table top!. Using a spoon re-measure the flour!.
(There will be left over flour!. Thats the point of sifting it)

Stir while adding the flour!. Stir mixture until all ingredients are blended evenly!.

Pour the batter into the brownie pan and place in oven for 30mins or until a you can place a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean!.

Let the brownies cool for and hour or place in fridge and let cool for 30mins!.

(Dont eat right out of the pan, yes, warm brownies are delish!. but they will crumble!.)

Pineapple Mandarin Orange Cake

1 (18!.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, juice saved
4 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3!.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Mix together cake mix, canned oranges with juice, eggs, and oil!. Pour batter into three greased and floured 8 inch round pans!. Layers will be thin!. (You can make this with 2 layers if you prefer!.)

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cake tests done!. Cool layers on wire racks!.

Mix together whipped topping, drained pineapple, and instant pudding mix!. Fill and frost the top of the cooled cake, leaving the sides unfrosted!. Refrigerate until ready to eat!.

Rum Cake

1 cup chopped pecans
1 package instant vanilla pudding (3 ? oz size)
1 package yellow cake mix
4 eggs
? cup water
? cup oil
? cup dark rum

Glaze:
? cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
? cup dark rum
? cup water

Preheat oven to 350???Oil and flour bundt pan!. Chop pecans and place in bottom of bundt pan!. Mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil and rum in mixer for two minutes on medium speed!. Continue to mix for 1 more minute on high!. Pour over pecans in bundt pan!. Bake as cake mix directs, until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean!. Leave cake in pan until glaze is made!.

Mix glaze ingredients in saucepan!. Heat to just slightly boiling to make sure sugar is all dissolved!. Prick bottom of cake and slowly spoon the glaze over the bottom of the cake, being careful to make sure it doesn’t run over the sides!. Let sit so glaze absorbs in cake!. I usually let it sit about half an hour!. After glaze is absorbed invert cake onto a plate!. Serve and enjoy!

Individual Apple Upside-Down Cakes by K-T Lavoie

What you need:
6-4 oz ramekins or giant muffin pan (with six muffin places)
~5 medium apples (Jonagold is good), peeled and coarsely chopped
3 T butter + 1 T melted butter
3 T cinnamon
1/2 c!. flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
pinch baking soda
1/3 c!. white sugar
1/2 c!. buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Oven = 350 F

This recipe is so easy, you don't really have to measure exactly, just make it as evenly as you can!.
Divide 3 T butter evenly among the 6 ramekins or muffin places, followed by the apples (also evenly divided) and then divide the cinnamon evenly on top of the apples!.
Now prepare the cake! Mix your dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, powder and salt), in medium bowl!. Let sit while preparing wet ingredients (buttermilk, extract, sugar, melted butter)!. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl and whisk JUST to combine!. Do NOT worry about lumps! We want those!! Divide the cake batter among the ramekins and bake about 20 minutes until golden brown on top!. Cool for 5 minutes before running a knife around the edge and transfer from ramekin to plate or scooping out from muffin pan (takes practice to get it out in one piece!) Serve with ice cream!. A real delight and adds a special individual touch to anyone's dessert!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Warm up the cream cheese in the microwave so that it is soft enough to spread

Butter a pan and start to fry two slices of bread

Spread the jelly on one side and the cream cheese on the other

Put the meat on one and flip the opposite onto it!.

Flip a bit and keep on frying till it's a wee bit golden tipped or whenever it looks good

Mix thoroughly and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees!.

SARA LEE TIRAMISU (easy)
(I’ve not tried myself yet…but someone I gave it to did…enjoyed it…!.and made it in a large pan…not individual servings!.)

Tiramisu –

Ingredients:

1 Sara lee pound cake (10 3/4oz!.)
16 oz Non-dairy whipped topping;
1/4 c Strong-brewed coffee
1/2 c Sweetened cocoa powder

Instructions:

Cut pound cake vertically into 10 equal-size slices!.
Drizzle coffee over each slice; set aside!.
In a large bowl, combine whipped topping and 1/4 cup cocoa, mixing until blended!.
Place 5 cake slices on a flat surface!.
Evenly spread a thick layer of whipped topping mixture over each slice!.
Top each with a second cake slice, sandwich-style!.
Transfer to individual dessert plates!.
Spread each cake "sandwich" with whipped topping mixture!.
Cut "sandwiches" diagonally in half!.
Sprinkle with remaining cocoa; serve immediately!.



GOOEY CAKE

INGREDIENTS & DIRECTIONS:

Mix together thoroughly:
1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
2 sticks melted butter
Pour into a (DEEP) lightly greased 9 x 13 baking pan
Mix together thoroughly:
8oz!. package cream cheese
2 eggs
1 pound box sifted powdered sugar
Pour over cake mixture Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes until cake is golden brown!. Best to let cake cool thoroughly before indulging!.!.!.!.but good warm, too!.


CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE
(NO BAKE)

INGREDIENTS:

1 large package Vanilla instant pudding
1 small package Vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
1 8oz!. container Cool Whip
1 box Honey Graham Crackers

DIRECTIONS:

1!.) Mix together and beat for 3 minutes on low speed, vanilla pudding and milk!.
2!.) Fold in Cool Whip!.
3!.) Line a 9 x 13 baking pan with 1 layer of graham crackers, pour 1/2 pudding mixture over crackers!.
4!.) Make a second layer of crackers and pour remaining pudding over crackers!.
5!.) Make a 3rd layer of crackers over pudding!.
6!.) Prepare Topping!.

Topping

Beat until smooth with mixer:

6 Tablespoons cocoa
2 Tablespoons cooking oil
2 Tablespoons softened margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons white Karo syrup
2 Tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar

Spread evenly over chilled cakes!. Refrigerate overnight before serving!.!.


STRAWBERRY CAKE
&
FROSTING

Mix:
1 white cake mix
1 box strawberry Jell-O (powder)
3 Tablespoons flour

ADD & mix thoroughly:
1 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup water

ADD:
4 eggs, one at a time
1/2 box frozen strawberries (thawed)

POUR:
Batter into 3 8” cake pans, bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean!.

FROSTING

1/2 stick margarine, butter (melted)
3/4 lb!. powdered sugar (more or less if needed)
1/2 box of strawberries, mashed and drained!.

MIX:
Margarine, sugar, strawberries (and juice as needed) to spreading consistency to spread on cake!.


JELL-O CAKE
CAKE:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 large box Jell-o gelatin
12 oz!. Can soda pop
Bake cake as directed on box!.
Remove from oven, using a wooden spoon handle (or fork) poke holes in cake while still warm!.
Prepare Jell-o, using more soda pop in place of water!.
Pour Jell-o/soda mixture over cake!.
Refrigerate 2 hours!.

TOPPING:
8OZ!. CONTAINER Cool Whip
1 small pkg!. instant Jell-o pudding

Mix pudding, as directed and let stand 15 minutes until thick!. Blend
in Cool Whip spread over cake!.
Hint: I used Fago Red Pop (which is strawberry flavored) for the liquid in the cake mix!.!.!.and the liquid in the Jell-o!. also added a large box of strawberry Jell-o gelatin to the topping!.
Could decorate with sweet slices of strawberries!.



PINEAPPLE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
1 box Duncan Hines Pineapple Supreme Cake Mix
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 cup milk
1 8oz!. container Cool Whip

DIRECTIONS:
Prepare cake according to package directions!.
On removing cake from oven, immediately punch holes in cake!.!.pour pineapple juice over cake!. Let cool!.
Mix pudding & milk until thick!. Add remaining ingredients and spread over cake!.


Buttermilk Chocolate Cake & Icing
(Hubby’s mother’s recipe…not made it yet!.)

Sift together:
2 c!. flour
4 TBLS!. Cocoa
1 ? tsp!. Soda

Add:
2 c!. firmly packed brown sugar
3 heaping TBLS!. Butter
1 ? c!. buttermilk
1 tsp!. Vanilla

Bake:
In 2 – 8” cake pans at 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean!.

Icing
1 box powdered sugar (sifted)
3 TBLS!. Cocoa
butter (size of a walnut)
1 TBLS!. Karo Syrup
coffee – enough to spreading consistency!.

(Sister-in-law said cake tends to sink, some, in middle when iced!.)

Mocha Frosting

1 tsp coffee crystals
1/4 cup milk or cream
1/4 cup cocoa powder
5 cups confectioners (powdered) sugar
6 tbs butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla (imitation vanilla extract, in a bottle)

Blend everything until smooth!. Makes enough for one 13x9 cake!.

Royal Icing
3 ounces pasteurized egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups confectioners' sugar

In large bowl of stand mixer combine the egg whites and vanilla and beat until frothy!. Add confectioners' sugar gradually and mix on low speed until sugar is incorporated and mixture is shiny!. Turn speed up to high and beat until mixture forms stiff, glossy peaks!. This should take approximately 5 to 7 minutes!. Add food coloring, if desired!. For immediate use, transfer icing to pastry bag or heavy duty storage bag and pipe as desired!. If using storage bag, clip corner!. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days!.


Kreamy Kool-Aid Pie

1-(6 g) package un sweetened Kool-Aid powdered drink mix
1-(14 oz!.)can sweetened condensed milk
1-(8 oz)container Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed!.
1-(9 inch) Graham Cracker Pie Crust (or Cookie crust)
Cool Whip for top (optional)

1!. In a medium bowl mix Kool-Aid and condensed milk, thoroughly!.
2!. Fold in Cool Whip!.
4!. If desired, spread more Cool Whip on top!.
5!. Chill for a minimum of 4 hours!.

I’ve used: Strawberry…Cherry…Lemon-lime (Key-Lime Pie)…!.Lemonade (Lemon Pie…might add some yellow food coloring for a more lemony look!.)

OATMEAL PIE

INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup uncooked oatmeal
2/3 cup light Karo syrup
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
? cup melted margarine, cooled
1 – 9” unbaked pie shell

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees!.
Mix all ingredients in order given!.
Pour into pie shell!.
Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean!.

(I used Karo Brown Sugar Syrup and topped pie with pecan halves!. I made 2 pies the same day!. The one that sat over night was the better of the 2…(my opinion)!.


5 Minute Key Lime Pie

1/4 cup water
1 pkg!. (4 serving size) sugar-free lime flavor Jell-o (gelatin)
2 containers (6 oz!. each) fat-free (Weight Watcher’s) Key Lime Pie yogurt
1 8oz!. tub fat-free whipped topping
1 reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust

1!.) Heat water to boiling in microwave, whisk in gelatin!.
2!.) In large bowl combine gelatin & yogurt!.
3!.) Fold in whipped topping!.
4!.) Spread in pie crust!.
Refrigerate until set!.

Hershey’s Cocoa Cream Pie
(The best chocolate flavor I’ve found!)

? c!. Hershey’s cocoa
1 ? c!. sugar
1/3 c!. cornstarch
? tsp!. Salt
3 c!. milk
3 TBLS!. Butter or margarine
1 ? tsp vanilla
1 baked pie crust, cooled or a graham cracker crust

1!.) In medium saucepan, stir together until well-blended cocoa, sugar, cornstarch and salt!.
2!.) Gradually add milk to dry ingredients, stirring until smooth!.
3!.) Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture boils!. Boil 1 minute, remove from heat!.
4!.) Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla!.
5!.) Pour into pie crust, cool!.
6!.) Top with meringue or cool whip!.

EASY CHOCOLATE PIE

Mix together, thoroughly:
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 small pkg!. Chocolate Fudge instant pudding

Add & mix together:
1 small tub of Cool Whip

Pour into a graham cracker crust pie shell - refrigerate!.

Serve with more Cool Whip (optional )

Variations: Use any flavor pudding you like!.



Ritzy (Mock) Apple Pie

The classic pie, featuring Ritz crackers baked in a golden crust,
is perfect for the holidays!.

Pastry for two-crust 9-inch pie
36 RITZ Crackers
1 3/4 cups water
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Grated peel of one lemon
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


1!. Roll out half the pastry and line a 9-inch pie plate!. Place
crackers in prepared crust; set aside!.

2!. Heat water, sugar and cream of tartar to a boil in saucepan
over high heat; simmer for 15 minutes!. Add lemon juice and peel;
cool!.

3!. Pour syrup over crackers!. Dot with margarine or butter;
sprinkle with cinnamon!. Roll out remaining pastry; place over pie!.

CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES

100 g butter
2/3 cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup self raising flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/2 cup milk

1!. Preheat ovn to 180 degrees celius or 160 if fan forced!.
2!. Lay out about 30 patty cases!.
3!. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and creamy!. gradually add eggs and mix until combined!.
4!. sift flour, cocoa and bicarbonate of soda!. add to creamed mixture with milk!. stir until just combined!.
5!. spoon in patty cases!. then cook for about 20 mintues or until skewer comes out clean!. cool and then spread tops with chocolate butter cream

Chocolate buter cream
60g unsalted butter, softened
1 1/4 cups icing sugar, sifted
1 tablespoon cocoa, sifted
1 tablespoon milk

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and proces until smooth!.

Cadbury Bournville Cocoa packet


CHOC-HONEYCOMB MOOUSE

Serves 4
1/2 cup thickened cream
250 g milk chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons gelatine
1/2 cup water
2 x 35g chocolate coated honeycomb bars,chopped

1!. Heat cream gently in a small pan
2!. Add chocolate!. Take off heat and stir until it melts
3!. Pour into mixing bowl!. Put aside to cool!.
4!. Mix sugar, gelatine and water in a small pan!. Stir until sugar dissolves
5!. Turn up heat and boil!. Take off heat and pour into mixing bowl
6!. Beat on medium speed 10 mins until thick and fluffy
7!. gently mix chocolate through!. spoon moouse into four dishes!.
8!. put in frige for 30 mins!. Sprinkle honeycomb over and serve!.

Delicious!!


PATTY CAKES
Makes about 30

2 cups self-raising flour
3/4 cup sugar
125g soft butter
3 eggs
1/2 milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

1!. Turn oven to 180 degrees (Celcius) and set out patty cases (30 approx)
2!. Sift flour and sugar into mixing bowl
3!. Add butter, egs, milk and vanilla
4!. Beat it all very fast until smooth
5!. Fill cases until 3/4 full with mixture
6!. Bake for 15 mins or until golden
7!. Cool and ice!.

ICING
3/4 icing sugar
1 teaspoon cocoa or 2-3 drops food colouring
1 tablespoon or butter
A little bit of hot water!.
