Assuming you're looking for flour, it's hard to find the kind of flour that you're suggested to use for bread machines in bulk because the protein content of bread machine flour is extremely high!. Usually bulk stores like Costco or Sam's Club will carry bread flour in large quantities, but even that is slightly lower in protein than flour labeled specifically for bread machines (though it will not produce a bad product, it won't have quite the chew a higher protein flour would produce)!. If you're looking for a very chewy loaf, or plan on making whole wheat bread, you can buy the flour in bulk and look for smaller quantities of something called vital wheat gluten (which can often be found in health food stores), which can be added to a normal bread dough to up the protein content!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Are you looking for whole grains to grind into flour then make into bread!? Or are you looking for flour in bulk to make your bread!?
Check places like Whole foods or places that sell nuts and spices in bulk for grain!. Here in the Chicago area I purchase both grains and flour at J!.B!.San Filippo's!.
If you are looking for flour in bulk, the places that sell nuts, spices and the like may also carry the flour!. Costco and Sam's sell bread flour in 25 lb bags!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know where you live, but Henry's Market (California) and Sprouts (Texas) have bins of various types of flours and grains !.!.!. There might be Farmer's Market type of store near you that carries it too!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
