Potatoes, by themselves, without seasoning, butter, milk or cream, are rather flat tasting!. In fact you must admit that a boiled potato is unappetizing, by itself!. So by mashing them , adding all the aforementioned items, you get a very palatable d ish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
