i'm sure there are stories out there!.!. ;)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
its gonna get very hot very fast, and it could weaken the structural integrity of the plate!. and then it wouldn't take much to break it!. Rapid temp!. changes could shatter it!. If its plastic then its gonna melt!. Or chemicals in the plate could get into your food!. Heating stuff can do wierd things, so how about just using a microwave safe plate, if your not sure about it being safe then just use something esle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The plate will begins to turn brown (if it is plastic) and will begin to crack into bits so that the food and the plate bits mix and become one!. Pieces will randomly POP off the edges and smoke will begin to fill the mircrowave and the kitchen!.!.!. trust me, the smell's horrible!. And eating the food afterwords, it tastes like even worse!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Probably depends on if it has any metal content or not!. My aunt had some of those "silver" rimmed bowls - and I think they said they were micro safe, but once I turned it on I got a nice spark show until I turned it off!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it has a metal rim it will ping like mad and you could split the plate and seriously damage the oven interior!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It will melt into oblivion!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most will get really hot, some will disintegrate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Usually nothing!. It may melt a little bit if it's in there a long time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It starts to SPARK! Seriously, try it!. NAT!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nothing will happen!.!.!.just don't put it in the sink!. It will shatter because it is so hotWww@FoodAQ@Com

wont it blow up!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

try itWww@FoodAQ@Com
