I'd hardly call that "cooking," to be honest with you!. At most, that's warming!. The temperature is far lower than ovens can be set, and would be unsafe for virtually all meats and poultry!.

At 103 degrees the food wont be cooked!. but may become bacteria contaminated depending on what kind of food it is!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
