easy veggie/pasta salad!.

all you need:
cooked and cooled noodles (i use shell or spiral noodles)
brocolli, cauliflower, cucumber, bell peppers (i used green and red), carrots, radishes, purple onion

cut your veggies into bite sized pieces, toss w/ cooled noodles, add favorite creamy salad dressing!. i often use Creamy Cucumber Ranch!. i have also added shredded cheddar cheese to this as well!.

My sister makes a variation of the same salad, using colored noodles,
adding small tomatoes artichoke hearts, olives & pimentos instead of bell peppers, bite size pepperoni pieces and tossed w/ an oil & vinegar dressing (like your favorite italian dressing)!.

It's sooo easy to make!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
