Heidi, is it a pork LOIN or a pork TENDERLOIN!?!?!? The tenderloin takes about 25 minutes in the oven at 350F!.!.!.!.!.let rest 10 minutes and carve!.!.!.!.Enjoy!!!

A simple glaze of equal parts apricot or peach preserves and Dijon style mustard goes great on a tenderloin!.!.!.!.!.

You can bake it or use your George Foreman!. Which will both take longer obviously!.

I have a funny story about Pork Loin!. My friend who NEVER cooks ever was asked by her boyfriend to pick up a pork loin at the store, that he was going to cook on the BBQ that night!. SHe couldnt find it so she asked the butcher where she could find some PORK LION!.!.!.haha! The butcher was speechless!. TO this day, whenever I make pork loin, I always refer to it as pork LION!. hahahaha!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't have a George Foreman, but from the photos I've seen, how would you get the lid down!? !.!.!.!. A rotisserie on the BBQ would be the very best, but baking would work!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it isn't to thick, the George foreman should be fine, otherwise use the broiler pan in your oven as High as it will goWww@FoodAQ@Com

Bake them a 180C for 15-20 minutes per lb!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Slice it into chops!. That't where they come from anyway!.
It's cheaper too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
