If you boil eggs and potato's separately, can you freeze them after they are cooked?!

Question: If you boil eggs and potato's separately, can you freeze them after they are cooked!?
Answers:
I personally would never freeze cooked potatoes or eggs!.
If you want to keep them in the refrigerator, here is a trick we use in restaurants!.
We keep boiled eggs out of the shell in water with a little white vinegar, and they keep for about 14 days
The potatoes are the same way, minus the vinegar, and they keep for about 7 days!.
Good luck with thatWww@FoodAQ@Com

I wouldn't think either would freeze well!. You can probably flash boil the potatoes and freeze (especially if you are slicing them) but I would think the boiled eggs won't freeze!. I've never tried to do it with either and don't think I ever shall have the need toWww@FoodAQ@Com

Neither of those turn out so good after being frozen!. The eggs will get rubbery after being thawed and the starch in the potatoes will breakdown and when thawed will get gritty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

freeze the potatoes!.

I have eaten frozen boiled eggs before and the whites were really hard and horrible!. would not recommend this!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Potatoes do not freeze well - they change texture, get kind of mushy after frozen!.
I'm not sure about hard-boiled eggs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes you could, shell the eggs though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
