Answers:
If you want to taste the meat, just put a little coarse ground black pepper, hint of garlic!.
Grill until up side is covered with juices!.
Turn over and let the cooked side get covered with juices!.

Let sit 2 minutes before serving!. Perfect medium steak that tastes like steak!.

This is true with Rib Eye, T-Bone, Strips!.

Have fun experiment!. Taste the meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hey Sammy,
I like 1" ribeyes!. I buy them though 3 days before I cook them and salt them down and put in the refrigerator!. Let em sit and them put a little pepper on them before grillin!. I buy them and put them in the refrigerator for three days because it tenderizes them!. They don't hang beef anymore like they used to!. But if you know your getting a tender piece you can cook it directly with salt and pepper!. They will require no sauce or anything!. My opinion is that if a steak needs a sauce it should have been ground beef!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i would go with dry seasoning but i also use dales sauce to rub on it while it is cooking!. i would go with porterhouse, t-bone, or rib-eye to grill those are some really good steaks and tender too!. and if you like chicken too i suggest getting boneless chicken thighs and marinading them in tequila lime 30 minute marinade and grillin' them up too because its freakin delicious!. good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

Either a wet or dry marinade is fine!. I like top sirloin and my hubby like filet mignon!.

Grill on medium heat!.
Rare should be about 4 minutes a side!.
Medium should be 5-6 minutes a side!.
Well done should be about 8 minutes a side!.

Of course, this all depends on how thick you have it!. Here in Texas we like them thick!! LOLWww@FoodAQ@Com

marinate your steaks in Italian dressing!.!.!.!.!. either a new york strip or rib eyes!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
