How to make Peri Peri Powder or Piri Piri?!

Piri Piri is probably better in paste form, because you need a strong garlic flavour in there!. I will give you the ingredients to both, you decide the quantity!.
Dry Piri Piri mix
Paprika
Chilli powder
Bay leaf powder
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion Powder

Piri Piri sauce
Chilli pulp (from a jar)

Lemon juice

Chicken Peri Peri
Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon Angostura bitters
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
1 jalapeno pepper
2 garlic clove
1 lb chicken breast
Directions
1) Combine the lime juice, vinegar, paprika, bitters and hot pepper sauce in a glass baking dish!.
2) Wearing kitchen gloves, split the jalapeno pepper, remove seeds!.
3) Mash the pepper with the garlic into a smooth paste using a mortar or an electric spice grinder!.
4) Add the paste to the lime mixture in the baking dish and combine!.
5) Toss the chicken pieces and swish them in the marinade until they are completely coated!. Cover and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator!.
6) Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill or broil until cooked through and burnished, about 20 minutes on each side!. Baste frequently with the marinade!. If the chicken looks like it is beginning to burn, move it farther away from the heat source!.
7) Serve hot with chilled orange sections and plenty of napkins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
