I'm looking for a recipe from "Lydia"s Italy" cooking episode today. It had what looked like seashell!
anchovies and some form of wilted green!. I turned it on as it was ending but it really looked good and I'd like to try it!. She doesn't have a website that gives her recipes, you have to get them while watching or buy her books!. Anyone out there see it!. I don't need the exact recipe, it looked simple enough, just the correct ingredients!. Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hi Prof
I looked up today's program that appear here and it didn't have what you were looking for!. However, I did find the link below that gives here recipes!.
http://www!.lidiasitaly!.com/
You might want to go to your local TV listings, find the program for today, click on it and see if they give the menu!. also, if you have the public TV channel, (which is where Lidia's show is on here in PA) go to their website and see if you can find the menu!.
I also checked the cookbook I have for Lidia, but could not find a recipe as you described!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
