Help! how should i garnish/plate beef kebab, carrot soup, consomme, poached fish, caear salad. tnx!?!

Garnishing a meal adds the "eye" factor when presenting your creation!. Remember people eat with their eyes!. A simple garnish would be do finely dice red bell peppers and finely chop parsley!. Take the product off of the skewer of the kabob and place in the center of a serving plate wipe any errant juices from around the plate and sprinkle with the red pepper and parsley!. For the carrot soup I would suggest placing shelled pumpkin seed or finely chopped nuts in the center then drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar and then add a little chopped parsley!. For the consomme use flat leaf parsley (leaves only) and just drop a few on the surface!. The poached fish could be sprinkled with a little chopped dill along with the red pepper!. Caesar salad really doesn't need any extra garnish except maybe to place some extra croutons and cheese on top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
