Spice up my daily menu?!


Question: Spice up my daily menu!?
So I find myself cooking the same 3 dozen things over and over again!. Tuna Casserole, Baked Chicken, open a can of green beans, and eat!. Healthy, but it sure gets boring!. I'm looking for a few new recipes to spice things up!. I'm hoping y'all can help out!.

But there's a bit of a challenge!.!.!.It must be a fairly simple meal to cook & contain everyday grocery store items!. also, it can't be extremely spicy, or contain mayo or mustard, due to tummy issues and allegies!.

I can't wait to see the answers! And don't feel like you have to write it out!. If it's a fave recipe from somewhere online, links are great!Www@FoodAQ@Com

CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
3 whole chicken breasts
1 pkg!. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
2 cans cream of chicken (or broccoli) soup
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 c!. sour cream or yogurt
1/2 tsp!. curry powder
1 pkg!. Pepperidge Farm conrbread stuffing
1/2 c!. butter
Cook and dice chicken breasts!. Mix together lemon juice, curry, soup and sour cream!. Melt butter and add to stuffing!. Layer as follows in casserole or 9x13" pan: broccoli, chicken, sour cream mixture and stuffing!. Bake, covered with foil, for 30 min!. at 350; uncover and bake another 15 min!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.serves 8Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try white rice w/ chile con carne on top!. Sprinkle some cheese & maybe a little sour cream & you will have a comfort dish that even the children will love!. Try the same w/ a baked potatoe!. I would lance the potatoe & cook it in the micro wave!. Just a little butter & cheese & you can eat on the cheap!. (try the beans on top on that also)Www@FoodAQ@Com

grilled cheese sandwiches (can be made more interesting w/fancy breads and cheeses)
roasted bone-in turkey breast
chef or taco salads

enchiladas
breakfast burritos (eat them any time of day)
pot roast (made in crock pot)
shepherd's pie
