Number 1 smoothie:
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1/2 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons powdered protein supplement
1 1/2 tablespoons flax seed
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, blend the milk, yogurt, banana, protein supplement, flax seed, honey, and strawberries until smooth!.

Sweet Fruit Smoothie:
INGREDIENTS
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) container strawberry yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 medium ripe banana, sliced
1 cup halved fresh strawberries
1 cup crushed ice
DIRECTIONS
In batches, process the milk, yogurt, lemon juice and fruit in a blender or food processor until smooth!. Add ice; cover and process until smooth!. Pour into glasses; serve immediately!.

Banana Strawberry smoothie:
INGREDIENTS
1 banana, broken into chunks
1 teaspoon banana extract
3/4 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) container strawberry yogurt
2 teaspoons white sugar
DIRECTIONS
Place banana, banana extract, milk, yogurt, and sugar into a blender!. Blend until smooth and serve!.

Orange Glorious Smoothie:
INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk
1 cup ice water
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
12 cubes ice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 cup white sugar
DIRECTIONS
In a blender combine milk, water, orange juice concentrate, ice cubes, vanilla and sugar!. Blend until smooth!. Pour into three 12 oz glasses and enjoy with a straw!.

1/8 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup soy milk
2 tablespoons honey

1 cup chopped watermelon
Juice of 2 freshly squeezed oranges
Juice of 1 freshly squeezed lime
? cup ruby red grapefruit juice
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth!. Cover and chill!. Before serving, shake or stir, then pour into chilled glasses!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
