Fudge Brownie Recipe!.

YOU WILL NEED:
1 Unsweetened Chocolate Bar
1 Block of Margerine
5ml of Vanilla
180ml of Sifted Flour
1 Egg
250ml of Sugar!.
250ml of Chopped Walnuts
-----

Pre-heat the oven to 350 and grease a small brownie tin with butter or oil!.

Place a medium sized pot on 7 on the oven top!.
Snap the chocolate bar into little peices and place it in the pot with the margerine!. Stir until melted
(dont worry, you dont need the double boiler!. The butter is in the pot too so the chocolate wont burn)

Take the pot off the element and let it sit for a minute!. Pour the sugar in and stir it!.
By adding the sugar before the egg and vanilla you will prevent the vanilla from evapurating and the egg wouldnt cook because the sugar cools the mix down!.

Add the egg & Vanilla, stir in!.

Sift the 180ml of flour onto a paper towel or clean table top!. Using a spoon re-measure the flour!.
(There will be left over flour!. Thats the point of sifting it)

Stir while adding the flour!. Stir mixture until all ingredients are blended evenly!.

Add the 250ml of Chopped Walnuts and stir (make sure you dont over stir)

Pour the batter into the brownie pan and place in oven for 30mins or until a you can place a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean!.

Let the brownies cool for and hour or place in fridge and let cool for 30mins!.

(Dont eat right out of the pan, yes, warm brownies are delish!. but they will crumble!.)

I had the best brownies ever at a Super Bowl party this year!. I think the girl who made them got the recipe from Paula Deen's television show on Food Network!. All she did was mix up a batch of regular boxed brownie mix!. Then, she put half of it in a 13x9 pan and added one of those huge chocolate candy bars (e!.g!. Hershey's - w/ almonds) (broken up a bit) on top!. She finished it off by adding the rest of the brownie mix and baked as usual - per the box instructions!. These brownies were great!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get 2 boxes (Duncan Hines w/ choc chunks - my fave) for 9x13 pan, and put them BOTH into a 9x13, so that they're thicker and fudgier!. Bake on 325 instead of 350!. It takes a little longer, but everyone raves about mine - even the edges aren't hard!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Triple Chocolate Brownies Recipe courtesy Nigella Lawson
Show: Food Network Specials
Episode: All Star Chocolate

3 sticks plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
12 ounces best-quality bittersweet chocolate
6 eggs
1 3/4 cups superfine sugar
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white chocolate buttons, chips, or morsels
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate buttons, chips or morsels
Approximately 2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar, for garnish

Special equipment: Baking tin (approximately 11 1/4 inches by 9 inches by 2 inches), sides and base lined with baking parchment!.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F!.
Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a large heavy based pan over a low heat!.
In a bowl or large measuring jug, beat the eggs together with the superfine sugar and vanilla extract!.

Allow the chocolate mixture to cool a little, then add the egg and sugar mixture and beat well!. Fold in the flour and salt!. Then stir in the white chocolate buttons or chips, and the semisweet chocolate buttons or chips!. Beat to combine then scrape and pour the brownie mixture into the prepared tin!.

Bake for about 25 minutes!. You can see when the brownies are ready because the top dries to a slightly paler brown speckle, while the middle remains dark, dense and gooey!. Even with such a big batch you do need to keep checking on it: the difference between gooey brownies and dry ones is only a few minutes!. Remember, too, that they will continue to cook as they cool!.

To serve, cut into squares while still warm and pile up on a large plate, sprinkling with confectioners' sugar pushed with a teaspoon through a small sieve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
