Does anyone have a good tuna loaf recipe?!

*Tuna Loaf I
14 3/4 ounces canned tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
1 dash Tabasco sauce (optional)
1!.Preheat oven to 350 degrees!.
2!.In a large bowl, stir together tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, bell pepper, and onion!. Then add milk, Worcestershire sauce and Tobasco, and salt and pepper, mixing with your hands!.
3!.Pack ingredients into a large, greased loaf pan!.
4!.Bake about 45-50 minutes, until top is golden brown and center is thoroughly cooked!. Allow to cool about 10 minutes before slicing and serving!.
*TOASTED TUNA LOAF
1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz!.) can tuna
1/4 c!. butter
1 (8 oz!.) loaf French bread
1 tbsp!. grated onion
1 tsp!. prepared mustard
1 c!. grated cheese
2 tbsp!. chopped sweet pickles or sweet pickle relish
Drain tuna!. Flake in small bowl!. In another bowl, cream butter and blend in mustard!. Cut bread in half, lengthwise and remove a small amouNt of aenter!. Spread bread with mustard butter!. Combine remaining ingredients with flaked tuna!. Fill bread with mixture!. Cut loaf into 12 slices and wrap in aluminum foil!. Bake in a very hot oven (450 degrees) for 30 minutes!. Serves 6!.
*Mexican Tuna Loaf
425 g canned tuna in water, drained
4 spring onion, trimmed and sliced
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
300 g canned creamed corn
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
3 egg
300 g salsa
grated cheese (optional)
1!.Mix all ingredients except salsa together until well combined!.
2!.Line the bottom of a 20 x 10xm loaf pan with baking paper and pack the mixture inches!.
3!.Cover with foil and bake at 180 c for 30 minutes!.
4!.Remove foil and continue to cook for a further 15 mins or until set!.
5!.Remove from oven and let stand for 10 mins to firm before turning onto a serving dish!.
6!.Serve with tomato salsa!.

100 g plain flour
3 egg
100 g swiss cheese, grated
5 fluid ounces milk
2 fluid ounces olive oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon paprika
chopped chives
salt & pepper
1!.Preheat oven at 200°C/400°F!.
2!.Mix the flour and the eggs together until smooth!.
3!.Add the milk slowly, and then the oil!.
4!.Add the baking powder, the crushed tuna and then the cheese!.
5!.Mix well and add all the seasonings!.
6!.Butter a loaf tin, pour in the mixture and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes!.

1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbs!. onion, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp!. salt
1/4 tsp!. pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped
1/2 tsp!. dill weed
Preheat oven to 350°F!. Combine tuna and breadcrumbs in a bowl!. Stir in half the mayonnaise and 1/2 cup of the onion!. Add celery, green pepper and egg!. Season with salt and pepper to taste!. Mix thoroughly!. Shape into a loaf and place in a shallow baking dish!. Bake 40 minutes!. While tuna is baking, combine remaining salad dressing and onion in a blender or food processor!. Add sour cream, cucumber and dill weed!. Process until smooth!. Serve tuna loaf with sauce!.

Add tuna liquid plus enough milk to make 1 cup!. Add eggs and olive oil!. Mix!.
Spoon into a loaf pan or casserole dish!. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set in the center!.

STAR-KIST TUNA LOAF
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups grated American cheese
2 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/4 cups soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely cut onion
1 (6 oz!.) can Star-Kist Tuna
1/4 cup finely cut pimiento
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 eggs
3 cups cooked, drained, macaroni
Combine milk, water, cheese and butter, and heat to boiling; simmer and stir until cheese melts!.
Remove from heat and mix in crumbs, onion, pimiento, tuna, salt and pepper!.
Stir macaroni and lightly beaten eggs into tuna mixture!. Turn into greased loaf pan (9 1/2 x 5 1/2”x 2 1/2-inches)!.
Bake at 350 degrees F about 1 1/2 hours or until firm!. (If glass loaf pan is used, bake at 325 degrees F)!.
Turn out and cut into slices to serve!.
