Question: Can pumpkin seeds go bad, if stored improperly!?
I'm on a specific diet, and it requires that I don't consume foods that may have developed mold on it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Keep in airtigh container in dry place!. Even better if you have space in the fridge!.

Pumpkin seeds will hardly even go mouldy, but being partly oil/fat, they'll go rancid and boy! will them let you know it!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, esp if they come into contact with water, or are stored in any humidity!. If you THINK your food has developed mold, best to toss it rather than take any chances!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
