It is snack which made of mashed banana mix with flour then deep fried in hot oil!.

bananas - 5-6 (peeled and mash with a fork)

6 sudu besar/tablespoons gula or sugar, add to the banana

pinch of salt / secubit garam

300 grams tepung gandum or wheat flour

Mix all into a thick, goey stuff!. Add some warm water if the mixture is too thick!. This depends on the kind of banana you use so hard to say if water is need!. Spoon into hot oil and fry till brown!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pisang Goreng (Indonesian Banana Fritters)


INGREDIENTS
155 g all-purpose flour
25 g granulated sugar
4 g vanilla powder
120 ml milk
1 egg
30 g butter, melted
4 g rum flavoring
608 g ripe bananas, sliced
475 ml oil for frying

DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and vanilla powder!. Make a well in the center, and pour in milk, egg, melted butter and rum flavoring!. Mix until smooth!. Fold in banana slices until evenly coated!.
Heat oil in a wok or deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)!.
Drop banana mixture by tablespoon into hot oil!. Fry until golden brown and crispy, 10 to 15 minutes!. Remove bananas from oil, and drain on paper towels!. Serve hot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
