simple use dark chocolate , 70%cocoa and double cream , use same quanties ie 50 gram to 50 ml of cream for a bigger batch i use 250gram and 250 ml , melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of water (about 2 inches of water) heat the cream to just below boiling and then mix together !.
to add a different flavour just add some of your favourite liquer , baileys works really as does creame de menthe and cointreau!.
to make a white chocolate do the same but the half the amount of chocolate again ie 50 ml cream 50 g chocolate and then another 25g chocolate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can buy something called chocolate bark in the baking section of your grocery store!. All you have to do it head it in a double boiler or fondue pot!. Our family used it at Christmas for making both dark chocolate dipped strawberries and coating peanut butter balls and for white chocolate goodies!.
