Philadelphia Cheesecake filling?!
How can I make a good no bake filling for cheesecakes using Standard Philadelphia!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
This is one of my favourite desserts so simple and easy to make!.
The ratio I use is:
2 tubs philadelphia
284ml double cream
lemon juice and sugar to taste (castor sugar if I've got it, if not icing sugar or granulated if thats all I've got!)
If I use a fresh lemon I put some rind in too and on top to make it look nice!.
Bung it all in a bowl and whisk it up, ( I usually use a hand blender ) until its nice and thick!. Careful not to over whisk it though!. - then enjoy!
I like the idea of condensed milk - thanks fed up woman - I'm gonna try that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
