Okay, Here is a very, very simplified spag and meatball recipe for 2!

8 oz or 1/2 box of spag noodles

1 pound of ground chuck
1/2 onion, diced
2 tsp of chopped or minced garlic
1 egg
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1 tbs!. milk

1 small can of diced tomatoes
1sm paste
1 tsp of sugar

Start your pasta water with a little salt and about 1 tsp of oil to keep the noodles from sticking!.

Mix the eggs, beef, bread crumbs, onion, and garlic!. Add the milk!. Shape into rounded about 2 tbs!. size, meatball!. Add to the hot skillet with oil in it and cook!. They actually look more like squares instead of rounded meatballs!. Turn as needed!. I think mine usually is done in about 15 - 20 minutes!. I add the rest of the tomatoes and paste and sugar and let simmer for about another 5 minutes until the sauce is hot!.

Noodles should be done!.

Put a mound on 2 separate plates!. Add meat mixture and enjoy, this is great with a tossed salad too!!

1 lb medium to lean hamburger meat
1 Italian sausage
Italian bread crumbs (approx!. 1 half cup)
1 egg
oregano
basil
garlic powder or fresh garlic
one half green bell pepper chopped finely
one small onion chopped finely

add the chopped veggies to the meat/bread crumb/egg mixture

roll into small balls or large if you like

bake on a baking sheet so that the meatballs are browned and a bit crunchy on the outside (about 350 dg!.)

make your spaghetti sauce using either your homemade sauce or a good store-bought sauce!.

I use thin spaghetti noodles or even vermicelli

Add your baked meatballs to your sauce just before serving so that they get the sauce taste!.

Serve with a good Italian loaf or even French bread coated in olive oil and some Parmesan cheese and pepper
