What are fish similar to Salmon in taste?!

Question: What are fish similar to Salmon in taste!?
I am trying to cook with fish, and the one I am cooking for does not like all fish!. The only fish he will consume currently is Salmon!. He doesn't like Tuna, or fish that are very salty and distinctly 'fishy'!.

What are fish that have a similar taste to Salmon, or that you think he'd probably enjoy!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
If he doesn't like a fishy taste, I would suggest a mild white fish like tilapia or mahi mahi!. It doesn't taste like salmon - salmon tastes unique! But tilapia is less 'fishy' than salmon!. Chilean Sea Bass (if you want to shell out $$) is delicious and mild!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Salmon is unique and nothing tastes like it, that I have found!. For most of my life I hated fish, other then salmon, because of the fishy smell and taste and the small bones!. Still to this day, even if it is the best tasting thing in the world, if it has small bones I won't eat it!.
I have found that fish gets that fishy taste if it is over a day old!. I found this out because we have a restaurant here that has the fish flown in every day and it is never fishy!. There some dark fleshed fish that do not taste or have the texture of like fish!. Find a fish market where you can get fish caught that day and I bet you can get him to like fish!. Ask about the fish and their taste!. I'll bet what turned him off on fish he had some fishy, oily Cod fish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sole is a really mild easy to eat fish!. Particularly stuffed Sole with a seafood dressing, baked, it is very delicious!.
Sea bass is also a very meaty, less flaky fish and has a mild, yummy flavor!. Steelhead trout is almost identical to Salmon, but alot cheaper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rainbow Trout
Rainbow trout is possibly the best known of the freshwater trout species!. This fish, which can be found in freshwater lakes and streams, has a flavor and texture similar to salmon!. The meat is delicate and the flake is small!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
