My favorite spice is actually a blend of spices!.

I use Emeril Lagasse's spice blend known as Essence in almost everything!.

You can buy it in grocery stores, or make it using Emeril's recipe!.

I have not a favorite spice--I love them all---garlic, onion, pepper, cayenne, Italian, sage, chili powder, etc!., My spice tower is four tiers high on a turntable, with fresh back-ups in the pantry!. PS I never use garlic/onion salt--Companies use salt as a carrier, thus, achieving a taste @ less the price--Ever had your garlic toast salty--use powder!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
