Cherries Jubilee

Bananas Foster

Baked Alaska

Crepes Suzette is the classic, but you can do any sort of crepes you desire!.

You can flambe pretty much any type of fruit you like: peaches, pears, apples, etc!. As long as you have alcohol, sugar, cinammon and butter!. Of course you cant forget the ice cream or gelato!Www@FoodAQ@Com

yeah, flambe for dessert, like banana flambe!.

another: baby spring chicken!.
Baby chicken are roasted, and upon serving it is poured on with some alcoholic liquor and lit with fire in front of the customer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not necessarily a show, but a very, very fast way of searing/coating meat or ingredients!. Usually, tossed, but if served @ table, partially a show, which could have been preceded in the kitchen--Olden days tradition!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

crepe suzette is a real show!. One that people probably wouldn't think of is at Thai and Chinese restaurants when they set the wok on fire and toss all the ingredients up in the air!. I like that best of all!Www@FoodAQ@Com

They did this with Baked Alaska on our cruise - lit them on fire, and the wait staff paraded around the dining room with them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cherries Jubilee is also ignited briefly as it is being prepared!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
