Okay I have to cook for my hubby and 2 kids every night, I am so sick and tired of making the same thing all the time!.!.!.!.Tacos, Hot Dogs, Spaghetti, and Chicken & Veggies, Enchiladas, I need some new ideas!! I have a Crock Pot, Oven, Microwave and am going grocery shopping today!.!.!.can anybody give me some good ideas that my family will love!?!?!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

BBQ pork sandwiches, club sandwiches!. Meatball Sub sandwiches!.!.!.!.enough with sandwiches!!!

Make some chicken parmesan, stir fry, lo mein or fried rice!.

Pork tenderloin, steak, fajitas, breakfast for dinner, ribs,
pork chops either baked in saltine crackers or pan fried in skillet with breadcrumbs!.
Loaded baked potatoes, bacon wrapped asparagus, scallops, chicken!.
chicken tortilla soup, breakfast casserole, homemade pizzas, flautas or taquitos, pot roast, chicken and dumplings!.

How about Chicken Spaghetti

4 large chicken breasts
1 small onion
1 small green pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pound Velveeta cheese
1 pound box of spaghetti noodles (USE 12 ounces)
1 small jar of pimentos-drained (optional)
1 small jar of mushrooms (optional)

After cooking the chicken breasts, cut the meat into bite-size portions!. Chop the onion and green pepper and saute them in one tablespoon of butter!. Combine the soups, the cheese and the sauteed peppers and onions!.

Keep over low heat until the cheese has melted!. Add the cooked chicken, the mushrooms and the pimentos!. Cook 3/4 of the 1 pound box of spaghetti (12 ounces)!. Mix the chicken mixture with the noodles!. Pour in a large casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes!.


Or, Crock Pot Stuffed Peppers
6 large bell peppers
1 1/2 pounds extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (15 ounces) can tomato sauce
1 (14!.5 ounces) can whole tomatoes
1 cup sour cream
Minute Rice (2 servings), make according to directions on box

Clean the inside of peppers and cut off tops!. Mix ground chuck, onion, whole tomatoes drained squeezed into ground chuck, pepper, and seasonings of your choice and rice!. Put ground chuck mixture into raw peppers; place peppers into slow cooker!.

Mix the can tomato sauce and sour cream together; pour this mixture over the stuffed peppers!. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours, or on high 4 hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sweet 'n' Spicy Chicken

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
3 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
1 to 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (11 ounce) jar chunky salsa
1/2 cup peach preserves

Place the chicken in a large resealable plastic bag; add taco seasoning and toss to coat!. In a skillet, cook chicken in oil!. Combine salsa and preserves; stir into skillet!. Bring to a boil!. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes!.

Citrus Chicken and Rice

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 3/4 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup orange juice
1 medium onion, , chopped
1 cup uncooked regular long grain white rice
3 tbsp!. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tbsp!. dried parsley, flakes
Orange slices


COOK chicken in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 10 min!. or until browned!. Set chicken aside!.

ADD broth, orange juice, onion and rice!. Heat to a boil!. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min!. Return chicken to skillet!. Replace cover!.

COOK 10 min!. or until chicken is done!. Stir in parsley and top with orange slices!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I enjoy cooking in my Crock pot because I work all day and you can put your food in there in the a!.m!. and not have to fool with it until you get home or are ready to!. I like to put a beef roast in mine with some beef broth!.!.!.some chopped onions, some garlic powder and pepper!.!.!.you can also cut up some potatoes and or carrots to put in with it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Beef Tips over Rice or Parsley Buttered Noodles

1 lb sirloin tip roast
1/2 sliced onion or green pepper
2 T!. olive oil
1 pkg dry stroganoff mix
1 small container sour cream
1 pk noodles

Cut roast into small bite size pieces and saute in olive oil!.
Mix stroganoff mix according to package directions and add to beef!. Add onions or peppers!.
Simmer beef tips for about an hour!. Stir often!.
Add 1/2 of the sour cream and heat through

Make a pot roast in the crock pot

Cook the Ramen Noodles!. Add in your chopped vegetables and combine with the noodles!. Cook until done!. Do NOT use the flavor packet but season with Greek seasoning!. YUMMY!!!

1 can (5 ounces) chow mein noodles

Brown beef and onion; add both soups, mixed vegetables and 3/4 can of chow mein noodles!. Pour into casserole dish!. Top with remaining chow mein noodles!. Bake at 400 degrees F!. for 10 minutes or until hot!.

NOTE: *Golden Mushroom with Sliced Mushrooms Soup can be substituted for the Cream of Mushroom soup OR Chicken Rice soup can be substituted for the Cream of Chicken soup!.*

*THIS 10 Minute casserole is GOOD! GOOD! GOOD!*

American Indian Easy Fry Bread

Thaw out frozen bread dough and shape them in round circles and deep fry each side in hot oil until golden brown!.

Blue Ribbon Potato Salad

5 cans of whole peeled potatoes, diced to desired size
1 quart jar of real mayonnaise
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup mustard, to taste
alot of celery seed, to taste
1 whole deli container of diced hardboiled eggs
1/4 cup sugar

Dice the potatoes to desired size!. Mix in the mayonnaise, mustard and celery seed!. Now add in the diced hardboiled eggs and mix well!. Then add in the sugar to finish and mix again!. Chill for at least 1/2 hour if possible!. Serve!.

Tuna Salad Sandwich

Combine tuna, chopped onion, chopped hard boiled egg, diced dill pickles, miracle whip, and some pickle juice together and put the tuna mixture on toasted bread!. Eat and enjoy!.

My parents use the same recipe and will add one slice of tomato, lettuce and sometimes one slice of onion on top of the tuna mixture!.

3 cups chicken breast (cooked and cubed)
1 cup pineapple (diced)
1/2 cup celery (diced)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup walnuts
1/8 cup dried cranberries
2 Tablespoons sweet onion (minced)
2 Tablespoons apple juice

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and chill!. Serve with a lettuce garnish!.

2 cans (16 oz!.) jellied cranberry sauce
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 (28 oz) ginger ale (chilled)

Take the jellied cranberry sauce out of the can!. Beat the jellied cranberry sauce until smooth!. Stir in the orange juice and the lemon juice!. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator!. Put the mixture into the punch bowl!. Slowly add in the chilled ginger ale and stir until mixed!. Serve and enjoy!.
