I always use bread soak in milk then squeeze the milk out and crumble it in the meat also if you dont have milk you can use water as well but the milk just makes it taste betterWww@FoodAQ@Com

You can use any type of bread or bread product that is torn up into tiny pieces, any sort of cracker crushed up, oatmeal can work, crushed up plain cereal (unsweetened) would likely work as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Typical, meat loaf fillers

Bread crumbs
Fresh bread slices that you cut up/shred
Corn flakes
Oatmeal (recipe usually on container)
Crackers

A little more out their!.!.!.
Mashed soft tofu
