I use reds, cut in half, and lightly coated in olive oil!. Put them face down in a cast iron frying pan!. Cover with grated parm!. cheese, a little crushed garlic if you want, a bit of cracked pepper!. Bake at 375-400 for about an hour, uncovered!. Oven Fried Potatoes
2 pounds potatoes, cut in strips or chunks
2-4 Tbs oil or melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the oil and salt!.
Add the other seasonings of your choice and mix well!.
Lightly oil a 13x9 pan and spread the potatoes in it!. Try to make them a single layer!.
Bake at 425 for 30 - 45 minutes, turning now and then!.
Choose from the seasonings below or make up your own mix!.

Have you tried rosemary potatoes!?

Take scrubbed potatoes (skin on), cut up into chunks about 1-1/2 to 2# in diameter (I cut into fourths or sixths depending on the size of the potato)!. Place them in an 11x13 pan and drizzle with olive oil!. Sprinkle with dried rosemary or for a real treat, add trimmed fresh rosemary!. Use a wooden spoon to toss everything together!. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes - then stir and bake for about 20 minutes more!. When you take them out of the oven, stir them and sprinkle with a bit of salt!.

These go great with roasted chicken or beef and they smell delicious while they're roasting!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Use large potatoes and cut them into about 6 wedges (you can leave the skin on or off) then spray baking pan with some pam spray and drizzle the potatoes with some olive oil then season both sides of the potatoes with salt pepper and cut some fresh rosemary leaves and garlic in to small pieces and sprinkle!.!.!.cook about 30 minutes on each side and they will be nice and crispy!.!.!.about one potatoe per person is good!. McCormick French Herb Roasting Rub

Preheat oven to 450°F!.
Toss potatoes with oil in large bowl!. Sprinkle Seasoning over potatoes; toss to coat!. Spread in single layer in foil-lined 15x10-inch baking pan!. Bake 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
