Marinating a porkroast 4lbs in mojo for 26hrs. is this to long?!

No that fine, I am a former chef and like the first person said the longer the better, I would also suggest to take a small knife or a skewer and poke a number of holes around the roast and in the fat, to allow it to penetrate better, also create a strong mojo marinate, lots of garlic and sour orange juice and spices, I use annatto to for colour, chilis are good, fresh or dried!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
