Fajita question ?!
Hi I am going to be making fajitas for tea tonight and I have a few ingredients I am going to add that ive never add before, I got some sour cream do I put this inside the wrap before I fold it, or do I put it on the side,
also do you serve lettuce inside and cheese, and I got some Tortillas and was thinking of putting them inside the wrap to but I dont know if I should, I might just put them in mine!.!.
I also find it had to get all the chicken to stay inside the wrap, I cut it into strips but it always wither too thick to wrap or too short!.
If anyone can give me any advice so they dont flop all over the place please let me know!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would put the sour cream on the inside of the wrap, strange that you say you've not added this before because i thought it did and I've always put it in!.
I would put the lettuce in the wrap with the cheese too!.
Not sure of a way to stop them flopping as you say!. They are a very messy dinner! Enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i usually have lettuce, cheese, salsa and sour cream if it;s a taco,
no lettuce in a tortilla - everything else goes in and gets all smushed together!. I love soured cream
and you just have to live with the fact that the chicken will fall out - microwaving your tortillas tends to make them more flexible, so you can fold them tighter around the filling!.
apart from that, fold the left side in, then the bottom, the the right to make a little pocket, and grip it firmly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

sour cream and lettuce is not used!.!.!.!.That is what Taco Bell puts in there tacos!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A- on the side
B- inside B2 naa
C-just don't fill the wraps too much
D-after taking the wraps out out the oven, i fold them in half and put them in the toaster for about 15-20 secs, this makes them a bit stiffer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I usually put the veg and meat inside with salad, salsa and sometimes cheese and sour cream!. Go for it! Why don't you make them at the table and then people can add what they want!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't understand what you are describing here!. Mexican fajitas are grilled meat strips and onions and peppers!. They are usually cooked in some oil on a cast iron pan or skillet!.
They are served up with dollops of sour cream & guacamole on the side!. Shredded lettuce and tomato may also be served!.
The only thing they are wrapped in IS a flour tortilla which are served warm in a basket on the side for those who prefer to make a burrito or taco out of the fajitas!.
I'm still trying to figure out what you mean by putting the tortilla INSIDE the wrap!. What the wrap made of!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
