Mothers day brunch crepe ideas?!
I am making mothers day brunch for my mother and other family members!. One item i am making is breakfast crepes and i am looking to get some ideas on multiple toppings!. Any thoughts!? Creativity is key!.!.!.cause i got to show my sister up =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chocolate hazlenut Fruit Crepes:
INGREDIENTS
1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
4 Crepes
4 bananas, sliced
1 (7 ounce) can pressurized whipped cream
DIRECTIONS
Spread 1/4 cup of chocolate hazelnut spread onto each crepe!. Arrange 1 sliced banana down the center of each one!. Roll up, and place in a warm skillet over medium heat!. Let them warm up for about 90 seconds!. Transfer to plates, and serve topped with whipped cream!.

3/4 cup plain flour
cup milk
3 eggs
1 tablespoon butter,melted
1/4cup cointreau
250g fresh strawberries,cut hallways
sift flour,make a well in centre!.lightly beat eggs with the milk!.
gradually whisk egg and milk mixture into flour to make a smooth batter!.stir in melted butter,leave covered for 30 minutes!.
pour 2-3 tablespoons batter into frying pan,tilting pan so batter covers the base of frying pan!.cook until golden underneath then turn cook other side!.put crepe on plate and keep warm!.repeat process with remaining batter!.
put liqueur in heated frying pan,bring to the boil!.add strawberries and shake pan over heat until strawberries are soft!.fold crepes and top with strawberries and syrup!.

how about strawberries, kiwis,mango and bluberries with powdered sugar over top!. and how about the imitation lobster, or crab, mixed with softened cream cheese, sour cream and green onions or chives, also some roasted and marinated in oil roasted red pepper, mix!. and put into crepes, chop some chive or parsley over top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
One of my favorites for a sweet one is Cheesecake filling with fresh strawberries and real whipped cream!. I make the filling with cream cheese, Cool Whip, sugar, and vanilla!. Whip the cream cheese until fluffy; add sugar and vanilla!. Whip a bit more; fold in Cool Whip!. Chill!. Put some strawberries in the crepe; add a nice dollop of the cheesecake filling and fold over!. Top with fresh strawberries and whipped cream !.!.!. yummy served with a nice cup of coffee (or if really decadent - champagne)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
