HELP! Dinner for the evening?? no stove! 10 points to best answer!! =)?!
Heres what I have!.!.!.
a crock pot, george foreman grill, and a microwave!.
I have chicken breasts
tortillas
cheese
turkey lunch meat
fruits (grapes, apples, strawberries)
raw baby carrots
potato chips
and any spice and/or condiment you can imagine!! and of course the usuals like flour and sugar!.
Oh, and leftover Chuck Roast
I can make a trip to the store if an ingredient is needed, but I would just like to go home and prepare something with what I have!.

Chicken quesadillas:
Cook chicken on the george foreman grill and shred!. Put chicken in a bowl and add a can of rotel if you have it, or chunky hot sauce!. Put in microwave for about a minute!. Take tortilla and add chicken mixture, generously, on one half!. Add shredded cheese on top and fold!. Put on greoge foreman grill and cook til cheese is melted!. Serve with sour cream, hot sauce, or gaucamole!.

Grill the chicken on the foreman grill and the shred it clean the grill and get a tortilla on half put cheese and the shredded chicken add whatever spices you like ( id do lime juice and chili powder) fold it in half put it on the foreman grill and leave it there until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is slightly crispy with the fruit id make a fruit salad but add the carrots as they tend to take on the flavor of whats with them and will taste like carrots but be a little sweet also add a little lime juice to the fruit salad as wellWww@FoodAQ@Com
If the chicken is already cooked, i suggest putting it into the microwave, just to heat it up, then put it into a tortilla, adding in some cheese!. if the chicken isn't cooked, you can put turkey and cheese into a tortilla!. it tastes wonderful!. then in a different bowl, make yourself a simple fruit salad, mixing all the fruits together, you could top it off with whipped cream
then a side of potato chips would be tasty!. you have plenty of ingrediants so you could throw anything together!. good luck

2 links andouille sausage, diced

You could shred (with a fork) the leftover chuck roast and place in the crock pot with salsa or BBQ sauce and just let that go until it's hot, and serve that with the tortillas & cheese!.
Then you could also do what some call a Sonoma salad, which you could do with the chicken breasts (after you've grilled them on the Foreman and then cut into bite sized pieces!.)

I think you should make a chicken/bacon/ranch sandwich! If you feel like getting bacon that is!.!.!.!.it's really delicious!

Ooh! Pot roast panini sandwiches on the george foreman grill! Use a little butter on both sides of the bread and grill the sandwich with the meat and cheese right inside! Spread apart and add lettuce, tomato and mayo!. Make a fruit salad with the fruit you have or serve with chips!. you can make mini fun sandiwiches out of the turkey, cheese, bread, and use cookie cutters or a knife to make then fun shapes (STARS! haha)

I would take the chicken and grill on the george foreman using what ever spice you desire, cook, then cut into strips and roll up in a tortilla with cheese!. You could also take the carrots and put into the crock pot, with a bit of butter and brown sugar, and a bit of water, cook until soft and have canndied carrots!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
SALAD u could put like everything u listed in a salad, potatoe chips on the side, tortilias, dont have to use, u can out the chicken choped up on top, cheese on top(YUM!) carrots, and i guess u would have to run to the store to get lettus though, its not too expensive!

Mmm!.!. if I were in your situation, I would lay out tortillas, coat it with either ranch dressing or mayo and layer it with chicken, or the lunch meat!. If you have any cheese, or lettuce, or even canned beans, I would add any of those, wrap it up, and eat with baby carrots and peanut butter!.
