Sorry, don't have a casserole recipe!. But have you thought of breakfast burritoes!? Just get some of those potatoe cube things or hash browns from the frozen french fry section and cook them!. Then add them to your eggs (scrambled) with onions, cheese and maybe diced tomatoes!. Give people tortillas and let them fill it up themselves!. Have salsa on the side that people can add and any other ingredient you think people may like!.

ohhhh! i have one! okay this recipe is for a group, serving size varies because people eat alot of it!. so i'm just gonna list off ingredients without specific quantities!.
eggs
a few grape tomatoes
zuchini squash
yellow squash
country ham
mozzerella
sharp cheddar
broccoli
red onions
chives
garlic
pepper
biscuits
line the bottom of the pan with biscuits, add in half your eggs pre beaten!. chop the grape tomatoes in half and spread them evenly across the pan, slice the squash medallion sized and layer it like the tomatoes, cut the country ham into small squares and do the same!. put down a layer of mozzerella
with the rest of the eggs slice the red onions, cut the broccoli into small chunks , add in the chives and garlic!. pour all of this onto the mozzerella layer!. now add on the sarp cheddar and top it with pepper!. franks hot sauce isnt bad for topper either!.
bake it till its firm all the way through!.!.!.
its really good!. you can do it in a dutch oven too, and it works really well!. spinach works well with it, adding pre cooked chicken, or beef can too!.
you have to make sure that your biscuits are cooked through though, the last thing you want is raw egg sticking around in partially cooked biscuits!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
