Answers:
It's pretty bad, there's nothing redeeming about Ramen!.

Massive amounts of sodium!. If you're otherwise healthy, I think you'll make yourself sick before you do any real harm with this though!. (People watch their sodium due to blood pressure or kidney problems should avoid Ramen!.)

A complete lack of nutritional value: Ramen is empty calories!. If you're not balancing your diet with something, you probably should be taking a daily vitamin if you plan to live on Ramen!.

Ramen is admittedly really tasty, and super cheap - Of course part of the reason it's so tasty is that it has a HUGE quantity of fat and sodium!. A single Cup 'O Noodles has 1434 milligrams of sodium (or 60% of your recommended daily intake) and 14 grams of fat!.!.!. Definitely not good for those on low fat/low sodium diets!.!.!. That said, I must've eaten several crates worth in college!.!.!. I like to boil the noodles, drain the water, and then add the seasoning packet!. You can pan fry these for an even crispier treat!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ramen noodles are bad for you- they are high in calories and sodium and don't offer much nutrition!. Once in awhile is OK, but I wouldn't eat them everyday!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think so!. I have been through that phase myself!. Enjoy the ramen ;)

But keep it once or twice!. If you exceed that you might end up getting a stomach ache :PWww@FoodAQ@Com

use just a little of the seasoning and eat other things with it you will be fineWww@FoodAQ@Com

uh its dried noodle s and salt!. of course it is bad for youWww@FoodAQ@Com

yes you're gonna die from eating it :]Www@FoodAQ@Com

it has no healthy qualities what so ever !.!.!.!.just tons of sodium and fat !.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
