DoI have to use flour to fry pork chops?!
I have bread crumbs, will that substitue for the flour!? also how do I do it, I never did it, but Im going to try to!. ThanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

are you trying to deep fry or pan fry!? Bread crumbs will work just fine, you need to dip it in an egg wash before putting them on though so they will stick to it!. If you are pan frying, use a little bit of oil and brown on both sides for about 5 minutes -10 minutes each, til they are done to your liking, deep frying, i am not too sure aboutWww@FoodAQ@Com
I like mine water fried!. Spray the fry pan with pam add the meat when the pan starts to get really warm!. Season the pork chop side that is up, when the bottom side starts to sizzle and turn brown, turn and season the other side!. You will keep adding water while frying so that it will not burn!. If they get stuck add water and they will start to loosen from the pan when you are turning them!. Its easy and I hate to fry with grease, it has more flavor without the grease!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
you need an egg beaten with a splash of milk!. Dip chop into egg (both sides) then into the bread crumbs!. I use crumbled corn flakes sometimes on mine!.!.!. it gives them a real crunch!.

The very simple answer is NO you do not HAVE to!.
If you want you can just season it with some season-all or lawry's seasoning or maybe just some plain old salt and pepper then just put it in the pan about 3-4 minutes per side!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

depends !.!.!.!.!.!.you could use bread crumbs as a breading !.!.!.if you use enough oil !.!.!.!.they will almost be deep fried !.!.!.!.
