What foods should you NOT freeze?!
I've heard that if you make curry and you freeze it with the potatoes already in it that when you thaw it out, the potatoes turn mushy and gritty!.
I've also heard that freezing tofu can make it tougher, more like meat!? That doesn't sound very appealing!.
What other foods should you avoid freezing, and why!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
