add 1 jar or can prepared tomato sauce
make 1 pkg!. macaroni & cheese following directions
shred 2 cups of mozzarella cheese!.
assemble in layers (macaroni, meatsauce, cheese) twice using a 9X12 oiled glass baking dish!. into the oven for 20 min!. at 400 degrees!. surprizingly good!. my kids favorite!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

FAST AND EASY MEAT LOAF

1 1/2 lbs!. ground beef
3 or 4 crackers, crumbled
1/2 c!. ketchup
1 pkg!. dry onion soup mix
1 egg

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes!. If desired pour small amount of ketchup on top before cooking!.

FAST & EASY CHICKEN

8 slices bread
2 c!. cooked chicken, cubed
1 onion, diced
1 c!. grated sharp cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
2 eggs
2 c!. milk

Break bread in 1/2 inch pieces!. Place on the bottom of pan!. Add cooked chicken, onion, cheese and seasoning!. Beat eggs with milk and pour over the chicken and bread mixture!. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes!.

QUICK DESSERT

Clean fresh ripe strawberries!. Dip one at a time into sour cream and then into brown sugar!. Yum! Yum!
Another Quick Dessert: Spread 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter between concave sides of two wheat thins!. Dip into melted chocolate covering!. Set in freezer for 2 minutes to harden!. Tastes like Butterfingers!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Potato & Onion Gratin

Ingredients

Serves 4 – 6

2 lb new potatoes halved lengthways
300 ml (? pint) double cream
90g (3 oz) parmesan cheese
Salt and ground black
125 g Taleggio cheese sliced *
2 tablespoons oil
1 bunch spring onions, chopped
1 large red onion, peeled and chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped

* taleggio is a soft Italian cheese it can be substituted with brie, camembert or mozzarella

Method:

1!. Heat the oven to 220 oc or gas mark 6
2!. Cook the potatoes in salted water for 5 mins and drain well
3!. Place potatoes in an ovenproof dish!.
4!. Pour the cream over and add half the parmesan and toss well and season
5!. Arrange the taleggion slices over the top!. Cover with foil and cook for 20 25 mins!.
6!. Heat the oil and fry the onions and garlic for 2 -3 mins until just starting to soften, but so they retain their colour!.
7!. Remove foil and stir in the onions and sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan!.
8!. Leave uncovered and cook for a further 10 -15 mins until bubbling and golden brown!.

Sweet and Sour Chicken

1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite sized peices
1 bag of frozen veggies of choice
1 cup of apricot preserves
1 cup of italian salad dressing!.
oil for cooking

heat oil in pan, cook chicken peices!. add veggies, apricot preserves, and italian dressing!. cover and heat until veggies are hot, stirring occasionally!.

Weekend Lasagna Toss
Prep Time: 5 min
Total Time: 28 min
Makes: 4 servings, 2 cups each
1 lb!. lean ground beef
2 cups chopped green peppers (about 2 peppers)
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 jar (26 oz!.) spaghetti sauce
1-2/3 cups water
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
12 oven-ready lasagna noodles, broken into quarters
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
BROWN meat in large (4-qt!.) saucepan on medium heat; drain!.

ADD peppers, garlic, spaghetti sauce, water and dressing; bring to boil!. Stir in noodles; reduce heat to medium-low!. Cover!.

COOK, stirring occasionally, 10 to 15 min!. or until noodles are tender!. Remove from heat!. Sprinkle with cheese!. Cover; let stand 5 min!. or until cheese is melted!.


Lemon Chicken

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/3 t!. lemon juice
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 t!. garlic powder
1 t!. poultry seasoning

Place chicken in a greased 13 x 9" pan!. Set aside!. Combine remaining
ingredients; pour over chicken!. Bake at 350 for one hour!. Serves 4-6 If desired, serve
over rice!.

Beef Chili & Cheddar Potatoes
Yield: 1 Servings

1!.50 lb Ground beef
4!.00 md Baking potatoes; (8 ozs
-each)
1!.00 tb Chili powder
1!.00 cn Hot chili beans; (15 ozs)
1!.50 c Shredded cheddar cheese;
-divided
0!.25 c Sliced green onions

Pierce potatoes with fork!. Microwave on HIGH 11 to 13 minutes or until
tender, rotating 1/4 turn after 6 minutes!. Let stand 5 minutes!.

Meanwhile in large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat 6
to 8 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking up into 3/4-inch
crumbles!. P salt, beans and 1 cup cheese; cook and stir until heated
through!.

Cut a slit lengthwise in potatoes; fluff pulp with fork!. Season
potatoes with salt and pepper, if desired!. Spoon equal amounts of
beef mixt ions!.

MAKES 4 SERVINGS

Ten Minute Dinner
1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup undiluted
1 can (15 ounces) mixed vegetables), drained
1 can (5 ounces) chow mein noodles

Brown beef and onion; add both soups, mixed vegetables and 3/4 can of
chow mein noodles!. Pour into cassrole dish!. Top with remaining chow
mein noodles!.
Bake at 400 degrees F!. for 10 min or until hot!.
Note: Any flavored soup and any flavored cream soup can be substituted
if so desired!. I like to bake this casserole for one hour to give the
soup flavors to bake into the meat!.

Three Step Stroganoff

1 1/2 pounds boneless round steak, thinly sliced
1 T!. oil
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (10!.75 oz)
1/2 cup water
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 cup sour cream
Hot cooked noodles
Minced fresh parsley, optional

In a large skillet, stir fry beef in oil until no longer pink!. Stir in soup,
water, and onion soup mix!. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes!. Stir
in sour cream; heat through!. Do not boil!. Serve over noodles; garnish with
parsley if desired!. Serves 6


Amazing Chicken Biscuits

2Tbsp!.Olive oil
2lbs!.Boneless, skinless chicken breast
1cup Carrots, chopped
1cup Celery, chopped
1mediumOnion, chopped
1packet Good Seasons Garlic & Herb dressing mix
1cup Milk
2 containers Pillsbury biscuits

Preheat oven to 350o
Put olive oil in non-stick frying pan Cut chicken into 1" cubes and cook in
olive oil until no longer pink (about 5-7 minutes)
Add carrots, celery and onion and cook until tender (about 10 minutes)
Stir in Good Seasons mix and milk, bring just to a boil, simmer five minutes
stirring occasionally
Pour all ingredients into a 9x13 baking pan that has been sprayed with
cooking spray
Cover ingredients with Pillsbury biscuits
Bake for around 20 minutes!.

1-2-3 Chops recipe
4-6 pork chops
1 (12 ounce) can 7-Up or Sprite soda
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Put pork chops in a baking dish!. Cover with soda!. Sprinkle onion soup on top!. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 60 minutes!.

Serve over hot, cooked rice!.

NOTE: Chicken may be used instead of pork chops


Cheddar Pasta & Vegetables

1 pound rotini pasta
2 medium carrot
1 cup broccoli floweretts
2 green peppers -- medium
1 10 3/4 ounce cream celery soup
1/2 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded
1/2 cup milk 2%
1 tablespoon brown spicy mustard

Put on the pasta water to boil!. When it is boiling add the sliced carrots!. Cook for five minutes!. Then add the rotini and bring back to the boil!. Once it is boiling again slowly add the broccoli flowerettes!. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes until rotini is done!. Drain into a colander!. Return pan to stove and turn down the heat to low!. Add the remaining ingredients!. Over low heat, heat until cheese melts, stirring often!. Add rotini and vegetables back into the pot!. Heat through, stirring occasionally

Mexican Easy Fixing Casserole


2 cups cooked rice
1 can chili
3/4 cups water
1 bunch fresh green onions
11/2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed Doritos

Cook rice according to package directions!. Spray 10-inch by 10-inch
casserole pan with Pam!. Mix water with chili!. Alternate layers of
rice and chili mixture in dish!. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees!.
Remove and sprinkle grated cheese, Doritos and onion on top!.

One Dish Meal


1/2 lb!. spaghetti, cooked, drained and rinsed in cold water (set aside)
3/4 lb!. ground beef, browned
1 good sized onion, chopped (and browned with the meat)
Pepper to taste
1 can (10-1/2 oz!.) Campbell's tomato soup
3/4 can corn (whole or crushed)
1-1/2 tsp!. salt
1-1/2 Tbs!. butter
1/2 Cup grated cheese

Mix all ingredients together well and bake at 350 degrees for about 1-
1/2 hours!.

Hearty Italian Medley


Prep: 10 min - Cook: 20 min

1 pound hot Italian sausage casing removed, cut in bite-size pieces
1 onion, chopped
3 zucchini, cut in 1-inch slices
1 eggplant, coarsely chopped
1 DOLE? Green Bell Pepper, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup water
2 cups prepared marinara sauce
3 cups chunks DOLE Fresh Pineapple
4 cups hot cooked noodles


Cook sausage and onion in large skillet or Dutch oven until sausage is browned!. Add zucchini, eggplant, bell pepper and water!. Cover, reduce heat to low, cook 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender!.

Stir marinara sauce and pineapple into skillet!. Cook 5 minutes or until heated through!. Serve over hot cooked noodles!.
